I wasn’t sure if they were legit so I bought a poster to find out.

PosterMemorabilia.com is an online store that sells movie, music and TV posters. They even have a wide range, from classics going back as far as the 1970s—think “The Godfather” and “Taxi Driver”—to today’s epic superhero movies.

I searched online and found a blog that said they were reprints or autopen. Usually, autopen signatures are robotic, lack flow and spontaneousness.

I wasn’t sure at the beginning if they they were fake, or simply autopen so I ordered their latest “Avengers: Endgame” poster and here’s what I uncovered….

In all fairness to Poster Memorabilia, the package was delivered in record time. I got it at around seven days from when I ordered it, and it was high-end and impeccable. When I opened the thick tube, I knew I had something special. Whether it was the good or bad kind of special remained still to be seen. Still, I laid it out on my coffee table and looked at it. It really was the “Avengers: Endgame” poster. it’s the exact same one I saw that was hung on the theatre walls during all three times that I saw the film.

But then, I looked at the autographs which were clearly signed with REAL ink. Most were written with hot pink or gold ink and I thought they looked kinda cool. But what’s stopping me from thinking that these random scribbles weren’t just made by random people. Well, only one way to find out. I compared them to the other memorabilia I bought in the past—a cup I got Downey Jr. to sign during Comic-Con, a signed photograph of Johansson I bought from eBay. Everything matched and was legit. I looked over them with a fine tooth comb to see if they were inconsistent to real samples, or if they looked shaky as you would find with an autopen ink plotter machine. The results blew my mind. They were real, and their prices were good.

Perhaps what I like most about this store is that they seem to care a lot about the customer. Would I buy from them again? Of course I would.

So is PosterMemorabilia.com fake or autopen?

YES INDEED. The autographs are authentic, they aren’t signed by an autopen machine, and the posters are high-end. If you’re thinking of buying a signed poster – don’t look anywhere else.

I’ll give them 9 out of 10. Great communication, authentic autographs, fast delivery, great pricing.
